Executive Assistant to the Head of Investor Relations - Mayfair based

Mayfair | Boutique Hedge Fund | Office-Based (Mon–Fri)

The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity for a first-class Executive Assistant to join a highly regarded boutique hedge fund in Mayfair. Supporting the Head of Investor Relations, with ad hoc support to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll be at the heart of a fast-paced, high-performing business, working closely with investors, senior leadership, and key stakeholders.

This is a varied, hands-on role offering significant exposure to investor relations, alongside operational and business support responsibilities. Ideal for an EA who thrives on pace, ownership, and building strong relationships in an investor-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex diary and inbox management for the Head of Investor Relations, coordinating across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinating international travel, investor roadshows, fundraising meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Supporting investor communications, meeting preparation, presentations, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintaining and enhancing CRM systems, investor databases, contact records, and reporting.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for investors, prospective investors, and external stakeholders.
  • Managing expenses, corporate card reconciliations, and liaising with finance teams as required.
  • Assisting with investor materials, meeting logistics, and fundraising initiatives.
  • Providing ad hoc support to the COO across operational projects and business management activities.
  • Supporting wider team initiatives and contributing to the smooth running of the business.

About You

  • 3+ years' Executive Assistant experience within hedge funds, asset management, private equity, investment banking, or broader financial services.
  • Strong interest in investor relations and experience supporting investor-facing teams.
  • Exceptional organisational, diary, and travel management skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, DealCloud, Dynamo, or HubSpot.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Professional, discreet, and confident dealing with senior stakeholders and investors.
