Location: Nottingham North
Commutable from: Nottingham, Mansfield, Sutton in Ashfield, Kirkby in Ashfield
Job Type: Full Time Temp to Perm Onsite

Pay: Up to £16.00 Day Shift

Pay: Up to £19.00 - £22.00 Night Shift

Shift Options

Days: 7.30am to 4.00pm with regular overtime available

Nights: 6.00pm to 4.30am

About the Company

An engineering company specialising in the design and manufacture of products for the construction sector. Due to continued project demand, they are recruiting experienced Welders, Platers and Fabricators to support ongoing production.

The Role

Working with thick gauge mild steel within a fabrication environment. This is a hands-on welding and fabrication position where quality and consistency are essential.

• Welding and fabricating thick gauge mild steel
• Reading and working from engineering drawings independently
• Completing multi-run welds to a high standard
• Using overhead crane equipment where required
• Supporting other areas of production during busy periods

About You

• Apprentice trained or time served Welder Fabricator
• Experience working with thick gauge mild steel
• Confident reading engineering drawings without supervision
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Flexible attitude with a team-focused approach
• Overhead crane experience desirable
